I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California, and my focus is couples and individual therapy and trauma. I incorporate attachment theory, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic theories into my practice. I place importance on treating the whole person, body and mind, within your cultural context. I specialize in relationship issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and stress. My approach is client-centered and non-judgmental, and I can provide a safe and compassionate space to explore, process, and heal wounds. I believe therapy should be tailored to an individual’s needs and goals, as we are all profoundly unique, and I will work collaboratively with you to nurture your inner strengths and restore balance and wholeness.
