Signs you might have Complex PTSD

  • Difficulties regulating emotions could be explosive anger or long periods of sadness.

  • Have a negative view of self and feelings of worthlessness and failure.

  • Avoidance and detachment from people, events, and environments that cause triggers.

  • Difficulty forming and maintaining close relationships.

  • Self-destructive coping behaviors

  • Difficulty trusting others.

  • Tiredness, pain in the body, and unexplained medical issues.

  • Hypervigilance.
