Signs you might have Complex PTSD

- Avoidance and detachment from people, events, and environments that cause triggers. 
- Difficulty forming and maintaining close relationships. 
- Self-destructive coping behaviors 
- Difficulty trusting others. 
- Tiredness, pain in the body, and unexplained medical issues. 
- Hypervigilance.
